2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the rj77 Platform. This age restriction is imposed in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. rj77 strictly enforces this requirement and will conduct age verification checks on all accounts. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at rj77's sole discretion.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The rj77 Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering. rj77 does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. rj77 reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction at any time.
2.3 Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from gambling. You also confirm that you are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an rj77 employee.
2.4 Identity Verification. rj77 may require you to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card) at any time for the purpose of verifying your identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one rj77 account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If rj77 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your rj77 account. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. rj77 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rj77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rj77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify rj77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Account Closure. rj77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where rj77 suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms. You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rj77 support.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rj77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. rj77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your rj77 balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. rj77 aims to process GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day during Philippine banking hours. rj77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the rj77 Finance / Wallet section. These limits may be adjusted at rj77's discretion.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the rj77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). rj77 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. rj77 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. rj77 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required by law.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by rj77 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus terms set out in this section apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms. rj77 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. rj77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if rj77 determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. rj77 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.
6.1 All games available on the rj77 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios and are subject to the same fairness standards.
6.2 rj77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout. In such cases, rj77 will endeavour to restore the affected account to its pre-error state.
6.3 Players must not use any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over rj77 or other players, including but not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, or exploit-based strategies. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
6.4 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the rj77 server logs shall be the definitive record. rj77's decision on all game disputes is final.

10.2 rj77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. rj77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity.
10.3 rj77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rj77 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 rj77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 rj77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the rj77 service.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
12.2 Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact rj77 support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. rj77 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
